From non runners, to fully working this week i’ve restored these two epic scalextric mini cars from the Scalextric Rallycross set first issued in 1975 ! here are some links to modern scalextric sets

i’ve had this set in the shop now for a while and always wanted to get theses mini rally cars working again, there’s something about vintage scalextric cars, the smell of the electric current, the sound of the motors, just transports me back to my childhood ! the set includes two mini coopers rally cars with amazing decals on them, lucilu that still run and needed minor restoration, there was some track missing but luckily we have loads of spares !
